The slow replies made the whole thing really frustrating. I kept waiting way longer than expected just to get a response, and it felt like my time wasn’t being respected. If you need quick help, I’d save your time and look elsewhere
"Such a sweet gift for my sister"
I bought this for my sister’s birthday, she absolutely loved it. The pressed flowers looked really and it felt personal without being over the top or too fancy. I was a little nervous about shipping, but it arrived safely and right on time. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again for another gift.

I was actually happy that their policies weren’t buried somewhere impossible to find. I checked the shipping and refund info while drinking my morning coffee, and it was laid out clearly enough that I didn’t have to reread every other line. It took a few minutes to get through everything, maybe because I got distracted by my dog barking at a delivery truck, but overall it felt fair and not overly complicated

"Website felt clunky and a little unclear"
I was just trying to browse and maybe place an order, but the website made it more annoying than it needed to be. Some pages were slow, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic details. The photos looked nice, but the pricing and checkout info weren’t very clear. There were also a few vague promises like “easy ordering” and “fast service,” but the site didn’t really back that up. It’s not the worst website I’ve used, but on my phone it definitely felt frustrating.

"Didn’t really look like my bouquet"
It was okay, but it didn’t look much like my original bouquet. The colors felt off too, which was a little ridiculous considering that was the main thing I wanted matched.

I liked the idea and the work was decent overall. From the tone of the whole thing, I kind of assumed it would feel a little more premium than it did, so the price ended up feeling a bit high for what I got. I wouldn’t call it unfair, just more on the pricey side.

"Wedding gift showed up too late"
I ordered this early because it was meant to be a wedding gift, and I really didn’t want to be scrambling last minute. Of course, it still ended up arriving late. I kept checking for updates like it was a package with concert tickets in it or something, and I had to keep reaching out myself because the replies were slow and not very helpful. The whole thing was frustrating, especially since weddings already have enough little details to worry about.
"Pretty flowers, but the frame reminded me of a cheap craft store one"
The pressed bouquet itself was really pretty. It actually reminded me of the little dried flowers my mom used to keep in old books, and I was happy that the flowers still had some color to them.
The frame was the disappointing part for me. It felt really lightweight and kind of flimsy, and one of the corners didn’t sit completely flat. There was also a small mark on the glass or plastic front that I noticed right away.
For the price, I was expecting the framing to feel a bit nicer. It looks fine if you’re just passing by it on the wall, but up close it has that rushed, cheaper feel, which is a bummer because the flowers themselves are lovely.

"I really wanted to have a better..."
I really wanted to have a better experience with this, but the whole redo and refund process ended up being frustrating. The first one just wasn’t what I was expecting, and the redo took longer than they originally told me. To be fair, it wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but when I asked about a refund, I felt like I had to keep following up just to get clear answers. In the end, it was more of a headache than I wanted, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Really wish it had been packed better"
I was upset when my pressed bouquet arrived. It came in this super thin box with hardly any padding, and the frame had clearly been sliding around inside. One corner was chipped when I opened it. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny piece of bubble wrap tucked off to the side like it was supposed to do something, but it didn’t help at all. For something this fragile, especially a keepsake, I expected much better packaging. Now it looks damaged, which is really disappointing.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I don’t remember much about the rest of the ordering process, so maybe it was fine, but the checkout part definitely stuck with me. It felt a little clunky, and I had to re-enter my info, which was annoying.

My order did show up, so that part seems fine, but the updates were slow. I kept having to check the tracking myself, which was kind of annoying and felt like extra work for no reason. Overall it worked out, but I’m still not totally sure how I feel about it.

"My bouquet still looks so pretty"
I had my wedding bouquet pressed, and honestly... it came back looking even better than I thought it would. The colors are still so soft and pretty, and the flowers don’t have that flat, faded look I was kind of worried about.
It did take a little while to get back, but... totally worth it. You can really tell it was handled with care, and I’m so glad I decided to save it this way...

I sent in my wedding bouquet it came back looking so pretty. I know some people might think it’s just flowers, but seeing them preserved like that made me a little emotional. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but I don’t really mind because it feels worth it for something I’ll keep forever
